Introduction:
The high-voltage electrical performance testing system for electric vehicles is suitable for testing high-voltage components of new energy vehicles within the voltage range of DC 60V to 1500V. A series of electrical characteristic tests can be conducted to verify the electrical parameters and safety of high-voltage components such as the HV battery system, DC/DC converter HV/LV, onboard charger, and air conditioning compressor.
The EVTS 150C06 electric vehicle high-voltage electrical performance comprehensive tester supports DC 0V~1500V voltage output, with voltage slope control greater than 250V/ms, and can complete ISO 21498-2-2021 testing projects. It can also meet the testing requirements of LV 123 and VW 80300:2021, and has strong system scalability.
