EDS 20HBM electrostatic discharge generator is specially designed for the characteristics and requirements of electrostatic discharge immunity test of human body model (HBM), which can test the electrostatic immunity of semiconductor devices such as LED, transistor and IC. According to the design of charging and discharging circuit of ANSI/JEDEC JS-001-2017 standard, it fully meets the requirements of the most severe electrostatic voltage in the above standards, and the maximum voltage can reach 20KV.
